3月30日0—24時(shí)，31個(gè)省（自治區(qū)、直轄市）和新疆生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團(tuán)報(bào)告新增確診病例11例，其中境外輸入病例5例（廣東2例，福建1例，河南1例，陜西1例），本土病例6例（均在云南）；無新增死亡病例；新增疑似病例1例，為境外輸入病例（在內(nèi)蒙古）。
The Chinese mainland recorded 11 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, five from overseas and six domestic cases in southwest China's Yunnan province, data from the National Health Commission (NHC) showed on Wednesday.
No new deaths related to COVID-19 were reported, the NHC said.

云南省瑞麗市新冠肺炎疫情防控工作指揮部31日發(fā)布通告，31日8時(shí)起，全面開展市區(qū)全員新冠肺炎疫情核酸檢測(cè)，檢測(cè)費(fèi)用由政府承擔(dān)。
通告指出，市區(qū)所有居民進(jìn)行居家隔離，時(shí)間暫定一周，居家隔離期間，除超市、藥店、農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)外，其他經(jīng)營(yíng)場(chǎng)所一律停業(yè)；居家隔離期間，每戶居民憑網(wǎng)格負(fù)責(zé)人開具的出行證明，可安排1名人員外出采購(gòu)生活物品；單位家屬區(qū)、商品房小區(qū)等有集中管理的居住區(qū)，由小區(qū)門衛(wèi)做好登記，體溫檢測(cè)、掃碼出入；運(yùn)送醫(yī)療物資設(shè)備、生活用品、農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品等需要進(jìn)入瑞麗的貨物車輛，由入城卡點(diǎn)進(jìn)行檢查、測(cè)溫后，憑行程碼或云南健康碼綠碼放行；3月14日0時(shí)后離開瑞麗的人員要主動(dòng)向當(dāng)?shù)厣鐓^(qū)報(bào)告并做核酸檢測(cè)。

▌原則上不進(jìn)不出！
3月30日22時(shí)起，瑞麗市對(duì)離開該市車輛、人員進(jìn)行交通管制，原則上不進(jìn)不出；確需離開瑞麗的人員須持72小時(shí)以內(nèi)核酸檢測(cè)陰性報(bào)告。
對(duì)進(jìn)入瑞麗的人員、車輛原則上就地勸返。
People who must leave the city are required to present a negative coronavirus test taken within 72 hours. People entering the city will be asked to turn back.
待全員核酸檢測(cè)完成后，視情決定是否繼續(xù)實(shí)施交通管制。
The traffic controls will be lifted after everyone in the city completes a test. Testing is expected to be completed before midnight.
